This did not work for me at all. It didn't really cover my dark circles all that well, and it didn't moisturise and minimise the circles like they claim. It could go powdery and cakey on me, and could settle in fine lines. I wouldn't advise this for very dark circles and dry skin. However because of the light consistency and coverage I would suggest this would be good on someone with lightercircles. It doesn't stick around for long so you need to make sure you powder it well for it to stick around. The packaging is good as it has a clear tube so you can see what product you have left. However for the price you don't get a lot of product. I would not re-buy this.
