Eyeko Pastel Nail Varnish

I was super disappointed with this one! in the bottle it looks like this gorgeous shimmering pastel blue, but really on the nail all it looks like is a sky blue, the shimmer doesn't come through at all. . The formula, like Punk, bubbled on me and went lumpy, and I have no idea why! This was sheerer than the other polishes, so I ended up with about 3 coats on, and then it just dented so easilyas it stays soft on the nail (like Chi Chi), so after all of 2 hours it looked a right mess! . So overall, not impressed at all with the formula or colour of this, I mean I like the colour but I don't know where the shimmer went to!

Eyeko Punk Nail Varnish

This I love and hate. It is a lovely neon pink nail varnish, certainly girly and eye-catching, and the pigmentation is great, one coat would do, 2 coats would make it perfect! It also dries really quickly. However to me it has a couple of problems; . The nail varnish got air bubbles, no idea why, it just went lumpy after it dried. It may be my application, however the others turned out fine (apart from Pastel, which I will review after this), so I'm not sure if it's just the formula. . Also, since it is such a dupable colour (Barry M, Urban Decay, for just 2 examples) is this worth the price? Well not really, I'd go for Barry M's hot pink over this one, more product for a cheaper price, especially since this one bubbled on me :/

Eyeko Rain Nail Varnish

This is a really pretty greyed powder blue. It is pretty much a good dupe for China Glaze Sea Spray, except this is less shimmery . . The formula for this is pretty thick and pigmented, 2 coats max and it's good! Even one coat could suffice. I really love this shade, it is very cute and unique, it isn't at all dull like the rain, it is very much glossy and lovely. The drying time is also really good. . However if I were to choose between Rain & Sea Spray, I think I'd have to choose Sea Spray, as I do prefer the China Glaze formula, but also the fact it has more shimmer, and the bottle is bigger. . I guess if you would prefer more of a cream then a shimmer, then this is the one to go for!

Eyeko Lilac Nail Varnish

This is a lovely lavender shade, a little darker than Elf's lilac, and really a little too dark to be a lilac at all. It is more of a purple since it isn't a pastel shade. As I said, I would class this as lavender rather than lilac. . In terms of formula it is ok, took a little longer to dry, and I needed 2 full coats which made it a little lumpy for some reason, but it can be evened out, and it isn't really a problem. It is a lovely shade of purple, and I think good for the price, and pretty unique. I'd definitely wear this a lot :]

Eyeko Nude Nail Varnish

I am not sure why this is called Nude, as it isn't really all that nude, it's a shimmery peach colour, and a gorgeous one at that! I think anyone looking for a nude like petite but more peach based would be disappointed. . This will be so lovely for the summer, it is light, fresh, girly and just overall pretty. It was pretty pigmented for such a light colour, 2 coats is all you really need for it to be shimmery and even, and it dried really quickly. . Need a sunshiney colour with a bit of glitz? Look no further than here!

Eyeko Vintage Nail Varnish

This is essentially a gorgeous jade green colour, although it appears blue on my silly photo!! It also appears lumpy? I guess it's just a bad photo. It can appear deceptively turquoise as times though. I love this shade, definitely now one of my favourite greens. . This is super pigmented, I only needed 2 coats, and that was more than enough, even one coat was ample. It also dried really quickly, and dried glossy. . This is a cream formula, and so I found it could get dents in it as it still remained pretty soft, but it wasn't a big problem! :] . I love this, and it is a must have for green lovers!

Eyeko Chi Chi Nail Varnish

I was so looking forward to this, I thought "Great, an uber girly varnish!" Oh how disappointed I was! . It is very glittery, but not that pigmented in varnish colour, so it went patchy, some areas would just not get covered! It also made a glittery mess around my nail. It also never dried properly, so it dented, and bit got scraped off, because it was so soft and the formula isn't all thatstrong. It was just a squidgy mess on my nail (not helped by the fact you need a lot of coats just to get the most part of your nails evened out.) . Overall, I'd say this one is a miss. I much prefer Good Witch? by China Glaze.

Eyeko Cosmic Nail Varnish

This is absolutely awesome, and definitely my favourite from my haul! This is black with multi-coloured glitter, and it really is out of this world ;] . The pigmentation was great, 2 coats was more than ample! And the effect is just lovely, it kind of reminds me of the night sky. This also dried really quickly! . I'd suggest using a top coat with this emphasise the sparkle and colour of the glitter, but also to make the nail smoother, as due to the glitter it is a little rough. . If you like what you see, get it, it's good value for such a unique and lovely colour!

Eyeko Petite Nail Varnish

This is a very light pink for french nails. I really like this product! it is a million times better than Sally Hansen's, and it is a little more natural and less baby pink than Innocent by China Glaze. . It took about 3 coats to get is even and none streaky, which wasn't necessarily a problem as it dries pretty quick. But, if you do french nails a lot then this bottle will run out in no time due to the multiple layers needed, and the tidgy bottle. . I did have one nail chip the very next day, but I was doing a couple of fiddly things, and none of the other nails chipped and I haven't experienced it since. So although it chipped early on, I don't think the varnish is prone to it. . This colour is glossy, quick drying and natural, I would definitely recommend it so far!

Eyeko Nail Varnishes!

I have wanted to try these for a while, I have heard so many good things about them, so when they did a 3 for 2 offer, it was just too much temptation to resist. I just received my Eyeko order today! Because of the offer I got £36 worth of nail varnish for £24, and shipping was free. It was the perfect offer to get me started with my collection! . The shades I got are; Cosmic - Black with multi-coloured glitter. Nude - pinky peach. Petite - French nail pink. Chi Chi - Glitter packed medium pink. Punk - Neon pink. Rain - Grey-blue. Pastel - Light blue with light blue shimmer. Vintage - Jade green. Lilac - well Lilac lol! . I was supposed to get a free lip balm with my order as I not only spent over £15 but I entered the code at checkout, but they never sent it to me! :[ Not too impressed by their customer service so far since they still have the product I was supposed to get free stocked in their shop, so they have stock, so they just didn't send me one!! I'm still waiting on customer services to get back to me about it. . Anywho, here is an overall review of the nail varnishes on general appearance, I will be doing a review on each product once I try them out! . These varnishes are so unique in colour, I don't have anything like them in my collection. I guess Petite is like China Glaze Innocent except it is a little lighter and more natural, so better for a French Manicure. Some of the varnishes are plain colour/cream, others have shimmer or glitter. . In terms of packaging, they have very simple small bottles with a cute sticker label on. Some of the labels have cute little images on, Chi Chi has a little poodle and cupcake on, which is my favourite packaging! . In terms of value, they are very small bottles (8.5 ml) for £4, but they are lovely shades, and they do offers on them every so often so you can get bargains. . I can't wait to try these and review them for you, fingers crossed they're fabulous!
